We offer Brand new never used replacement laptop battery. All of your purchases covered 1-year warranty, we will do our best to satisfy every customer. We believe that you will be 100% satisfied with all of your purchases and we want to ensure that you have a satisfactory shopping experience. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Before returning to us please request RMA from us, at your request, we will:
Replace or exchange the merchandise (you will be responsible for the return shipping costs), or Credit to your credit card account. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All non-defective returns have to be in new and resalable condition. If the customer does not wish to exchange their product, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
If delivery is refused upon shipment, a full product refund will be credited, minus shipping costs, provided the product has not been opened and is in its original condition.
When we receive the return battery, we will carefully check it. Warranty is void if the battery has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way, or if the label and/or bar coded warranty label has been removed or tampered with

As a shipper you are responsible for making sure that the package arrives to us.
Once your package arrives to us, we will follow up with the appropriate action requested at the time the RMA was issued. If a credit is to be issued, please allow 2-3 days after arrival to process the credit.
